So, a little about my company......

Barefoot Studios is the product of my love for art, design and color. I've always liked pretty papers, stationery, cute greeting cards and invitations. I have been drawing for as long as I can remember.

After years of doing lots of other things, I missed having a pencil or paintbrush in my hand. Often I would look at cute cards & stationery and think, 'I could draw that.' I decided to illustrate a line of greeting cards with a distinct style that makes them recognizable as a Barefoot Studios product.

I work mostly in pen and Prismacolor markers. These images are combined with digital designs to create the final product. Sometimes I use acrylics, watercolors, pastels, or colored pencils- just to keep things interesting.

My work is also available for licensing. I love objects that are both useful and well designed - paper napkins, wrapping paper, little notebooks, t-shirts and pjs.

With a background in graphic design, customer service, sales, and project management, I knew that I could run a business and thought it would be fun to actually get to draw pictures for a living. So, here we are!
