Orders are normally processed within 10 business days. All orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail unless it is just too large to fit in those boxes. We'll let you know if that is the case and make arrangements with you for shipping to you in the most cost-effective yet prompt way.

Resale number must be provided with order.

After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation once we receive your order. We will also email you when your order has shipped. If you need additional assistance regarding your order, please let us know.

Please note that on your credit card statement, your order will be paid to Carolina Design Studios, LLC - our official corporate name.
